Peter Rowland is a silversmith based in the Highlands of Scotland. With over thirty years of experience to his name, Peter is a professional in a range of smithing practices, working with silver and gold, antler and enamel. His work is a diverse reflection of his skillsbase, drawing upon his natural surroundings in the Highland landscape. When not working on silverware, Peter also enjoys tending to his hives of bees.
 
Previous commissions have included: wedding rings, sgian dubhs, quaichs, decorative knives, christening gifts, earrings and candlesticks. His jewellery includes brooches, pendants, cufflinks and bangles. Peter works on both exclusive work and a commission basis, making one-off pieces tailored to the customer's needs. Previous clients have ranged from Sheffield Cathedral to the Royal School of Medicine, London, as well as private clients.
